How do I order?

Everything is made to order. Order right here on the product pages — pick your product, colors, and size, and add it to your cart. Want something fully custom that isn’t listed? Message us on Facebook and we’ll talk it through.

How long will my order take?

Your order will ship within two weeks of ordering. That two weeks is making time — once your order ships, carrier transit time begins, and delivery takes a few more days depending on distance.

What leash sizes are available?

Lengths: 3 ft, 4 ft, 5 ft, 6 ft. Thickness: Standard (4 strands), XL (6 strands), XXL (8 strands).

How do I measure my dog for a collar?

Measure around the middle of the neck — snug but not tight — then add 2 inches. That’s the size we build your collar to. Between sizes? Go up.

What colors can I pick?

Just about anything. Tell us what you want and we’ll make it happen.

How much is shipping?

$5 flat, anywhere in the US.

Are the toys and leashes chew-proof?

They’re built tough for working dogs, but nothing paracord is truly chew-proof. Supervise your dog, especially with tug toys.
